Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry), Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidate would be directly involved in installation, commissioning and successful operations of large geotextile production line consisting of European state-of-art technology machine.
∎ Candidate should have hands on experience on PLC ladder diagram, relay, invertor, survo control, switching device, DC and AC Circuits installation, wiring, replacement and commissioning.
∎ Ensure that installations and applications are in line with safety standards and as per approved design.
∎ Incumbent should have practical knowledge on cable selection, cable laying, low volts cabling, panel wearing. He should have ability to detect any fault in case of breakdown in electrical ground.
∎ Candidates who have previous knowledge on utility machine, generator, compressor, air cylinders, variable derives will get priority.
∎ Candidates who have practical knowledge on geotextile plant installation, maintenance and operations in ANDRITZ, DILLO or SAMHWA machine are highly encouraged to apply.
∎ Keeps equipment operational by following manufacturer’s instructions and established procedures and enhance service to prolong machine’s effective life.
∎ Candidate is to generate purchase requisition, certify quality of mechanical spares, and maintain electrical inventory in acceptance range jointly working with store.
∎ Generate departmental MIS/ERP as per requirements.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 8 years in reputed manufacturing industry in PLC programming, AC/DC electrical circuits, low voltage electronic panel consisting of HID, programming module and microprocessor-based machine.
∎ Teamwork skills in challenging job to counter deadline.
∎ Should have knowledge on ERP, machine operation software SIMATIC NET.
∎ Computer literacy.
