Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure the daily operation of the electrical system at NinaKabbo, Corporate Office of Epyllion Group.
∎ Ensure the electrical works of NinaKabbo, Corporate Office, and any other buildings assigned by the EPM department.
∎ Plan and execute all types of electrical works in project and maintenance related activities (power generation, power distribution, fire detection system, pumps, solar system, data & transmission service, PA System, Access Control, BMS system, etc.) at NinaKabbo, Corporate Office and any others buildings assigned by EPM department.
∎ Coordinate with the mechanical team in maintenance and project works, related to electrical works and any other technical issues.
∎ Ensure smooth coordination to execute the maintenance work plan.
∎ Plan, design and execute the electrical works (lighting, electrical distribution boards, electrical cable, UPS, AC, Generator, lift, etc.) for Sailor outlet projects.
∎ Support sailor outlets with the operation of Electro-Mechanical services (Lighting, Electrical boards, Electrical cable, UPS, AC, Generator, lift, etc.)
∎ Monitor the works of vendors in project and maintenance works of NinaKabbo, Corporate Office, and any other buildings assigned by the EPM department.
∎ Maintain the access control and data entry system of Ninakabbo up to date and provide reports to the section head.
∎ Receive, investigate and respond to problems and takes necessary corrective actions and follow-up consequences.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Technical competency in electrical systems like substations, generators, solar PV, BBT, LPS, online UPS, fire detection and protection system, CCTV, PA system, access control, PABX, lifts, etc. is an obligatory requirement.
∎ The applicant must have at least 03 years of working experience in a similar position in any reputed engineering firm/project management environment;
∎ Experience in RMG Industry will be an added advantage, yet professionals from other industries are also welcomed equally.
∎ The pro-active mindset to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
∎ Ethical stance and result-oriented mindset for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Strong analytical, technical and working ability.
∎ Good communication and presentation skills.
∎ Good interpersonal relationships and must be a team player.
