∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
∎ Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology,Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology,Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology,Khulna University of Engineering and Technology students will get preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise, analyze and look after all on-going/high-rise/mega construction project works of the company.
∎ Responsible for supervision of all civil & structural works such as substructure, super structure, formwork, reinforcement, concreting etc.
∎ Sound Knowledge of detailing all types of R.C.C and steel structures.
∎ Analysis of Sub-soil Reports, all other Design and Reports and Implementation Plans prepared by the consultants/vendors.
∎ Preparation and checking of all Estimation, BoQ, Comparative Statements etc.
∎ Testing of all materials from the BUET or any other recognized laboratories.
∎ Should be conversant about National Building Code (BNBC) and other building by-law.
∎ Provide the on-job Trainings to site engineers/supervisors/technical staff and take necessary measures on Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) issues.
∎ Planning of Daily/Weekly/Monthly progress reports, Coordination & Monitoring the progress and taking action plan depending upon the needs.
∎ Responsible for joint measurements with contractors for all the civil works and forward the same to the Construction Manager for further necessary actions.
∎ Any other related assignments delegated by the top management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Computer literacy Must. Skills Required: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Auto CAD, STAAD PRO, PRIMAVERA, ETABS, SAFE, Revit MEP, MATLAB and other related software/ applications.
∎ Able to work with tight deadline and deal with work procedure, and under pressure.
∎ Candidate should be Smart, Self-Motivated and Energetic.
