Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Civil Engineering from reputed polytechnical institute.
∎ CGPA of 3.00 or more (in a scale of 4.00) in diploma in Civil Engineering.

Job Context:
∎ Applicant having experience in the following area(s) will have added advantage:
∎ Project Management, RMG and Textile Industry, Steel and RCC building retrofitting works.
∎ Applicant having skills in the following area(s) will have added advantage:
∎ MS Office, AutoCAD, ETABS, Sketch up, Report Writing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for execution supervision, monitoring and controlling of construction works as per approved design, drawing and specification, for assigned project activities meeting triple constraints (time, cost, and quality);
∎ Keep track of the activities of all projects, so that the work progress is aligned with project schedule and project is completed within approved budget;
∎ Responsible for keeping track of all scheduled tasks at site, preparation, and submission of project progress reports (PPR) at regular interval;
∎ Ensure proper coordination among EPM corporate office, vendors or suppliers, users, and on-site stakeholders for smooth execution of work and clear concept among all, to maintain projects timeline and prevent delay;
∎ Ensure completion of department approved civil maintenance and modification works of existing factory structures as per user requirement;
∎ Guide and supervise vendors’ representatives at site and be well adapted in solving day to day site issues and ensure site change management;
∎ Ensure timely collection of bills from vendors, checking against issued work orders, measurement sheets, working drawings, etc. and timely forwarding to EPM (CE Section);
∎ Ensure construction quality, material quality and arrange testing, as per specification and approved design;
∎ Responsible for estimating materials, checking BOQ, equipment and accessories required for site and informing concerned responsible person to fulfil that requirement;
∎ Carry out any other job assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 35 years
∎ At least 05 years working experience in industrial civil construction/real estate/ready-made garments and textile industry/construction of commercial projects;
∎ Should have sound knowledge to read architectural, structural, and plumbing drawings and execute the project as per drawing;
∎ Ability to use technology and analytical tools in the job and problem solving;
∎ Strong computer skill in MS Office applications and AutoCAD;
∎ Conversant with BNBC, NFPA, and ACCORD Standards etc
