Job Context:
∎ An exciting new opportunity to join the eCommerce team has become available within the National Buying department of shurjoMukhi praniSheba Shop, based in Dhaka. This is a permanent full-time role.
∎ As the Assistant eCommerce Manager (Operations and Fulfilment), you will be charged with setting up and managing the fulfilment of shurjoMukhi praniSheba Shop`s operation. You will be responsible for process optimisation and project implementation, at times leading a team, as well as development and maintenance of internal and external stakeholder relationships.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage stock availability, warehousing and delivery procedures
∎ Monitor stock movement to ensure optimal warehousing practices are met
∎ Implement operational process improvement initiatives
∎ Track project milestones to ensure successful outcomes
∎ Manage the implementation of multiple dynamic project implementation process concurrently
∎ Manage a team and contribute to their professional development
∎ Establish, develop and maintain relationships with third-party providers
∎ Drive business partnering projects with Buying, Logistics, Store Operations, and other key internal departments
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Tertiary education highly desirable
∎ Demonstrated experience in warehouse, stock and/or supply chain management
∎ Demonstrated project management experience
∎ Expert problem-solving skills with the ability to 'think outside the box'
∎ Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with stakeholders
∎ Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to adapt in high stress situations
∎ Strong commercial and business acumen
∎ Demonstrated strategic planning and implementation of new programs and processes
∎ Proficiency with the Google office suite
∎ Strong attention to detail and accuracy
∎ Strong communication skills; both verbal and written; both in Bangla and English
∎ High level of professionalism and dedication
Salary: Tk. 35000 - 45000 (Monthly)
