Educational Requirements:
∎ 4-year Bachelor degree with Masters in any discipline with minimum 2nd class/equivalent/ CGPA 3.00 from any recognized university.
∎ Candidates with 3rd class/ division or GPA/CGPA below 3.0 in any public examination need not apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The applicant should –
∎ • Have sound knowledge on IQAC (Institutional Quality Assurance Cell).
∎ • Assist the concerned authority to implement the rules and regulations of the University. i.e., the Private University Act-2010, UGC guidelines and other related policies.
∎ • Maintain liaison with Ministry of Education, UGC, Govt. Offices external agencies and other universities.
∎ • Maintain students’ records as the various structural formats.
∎ • Be skilled for preparing the Annual Report and other reports submitted to MOE, UGC and other organizations as per requirement.
∎ • Have very good command over both English and Bangla.
∎ • Be expert in presentation of office documents.
∎ • Have management skills and ability to maintain day to day operations.
∎ • Have problem-solving and effective management negotiation skills.
∎ • Have mentality to work comfortably with all levels of staff and students.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 5 years experience as section officer/ equivalent at the university level.
∎ • Age limit maximum of 40 years
∎ • Both male and female are allowed to apply
∎ • Sufficient IT knowledge.
∎ • Private University work experience will be preferable.
Salary: Negotiable
