Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ ·Analyze supply chain data to identify areas for improvement.
∎ ·Prepare reports on inventory levels, supplier performance, and logistics costs.
∎ ·Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies for improving supply chain efficiency.
∎ ·Source and identify reliable suppliers for locally produced raw materials and packaging. (fuel and Lubricants, All Types of Gas(Carbon-Di-Oxide(CO2), Oxygen,Nitrogen, Dissolved Acetylene (DA), LPG, Dursban,PVA, Acid_Sulphate_Sodium,Boric ,Broax, Ammonium Liquir, Caustic Soda, Aceton, Golden & Brown Color Powder etc)·
∎ Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure the best quality at competitive prices.
∎ ·Issue purchase orders and manage vendor relationships.
∎ ·Monitor supplier performance and ensure timely deliveries.
∎ ·Forecast material requirements based on production plans and sales projections.
∎ ·Maintain optimal inventory levels to minimize stockouts and holding costs.
∎ ·Conduct regular inventory audits and ensure accurate stock records.
