Job Responsibilities:
∎ Client Provisioning and providing necessary technical support and solutions to Clients.
∎ Onsite support to Customer premises.
∎ Resolve client issues by phone & through remote access.
∎ Configure and support Mikrotik routers, Wifi devices, Network devices, Windows, Macintosh, and Linux systems.
∎ Maintenance of detailed documentation and preparing reports on customer networks.
∎ Collaborate with the technical and business teams.
∎ Analyze operational requirements and provide a technical solution for active support.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Minimum 3 - 4 years of working experience in Client Support & Service Delivery in a renowned ISP.
∎ OSI & TCP, Layer 2 protocol and security, Layer 3 Protocol and security, IPv4 details, IPv6 primary, physical address (MAC) details, subnetting.
∎ Network simulator/emulator.
∎ Network Media type and equipment (short-range, long-range, point-to-point, and point-to-multipoint).
∎ The routing protocols (basic), ICMP (ping) details, TTL, and traceroute details
∎ ISP Tires, SNAT, DNAT, CGNAT, Bandwidth, email protocols (SMTP, pop, imap, mta, mda), internet architecture, telnet, ssh, DNS, SSL/Tls, DHCP, HTTP, HTTPS, tcp, udp, mtu, mss, segmentation, fragmentation, VLAN, vtp, etc.
∎ WLAN (WiFi) in detail - AP & wireless router configuration, WLAN channel, frequency bands, channel bonding, etc.
∎ Must know GPON & EPON Networkings.
∎ Basic knowledge about Cisco switch, router, Mikrotik (IP configuration, Queue, Firewall, NAT), FTTH
∎ Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Jovial and patient and will work on a roster.
