Job Responsibilities:
∎ This position includes conducting market and competitor review and research, completing client research, forecasting trends, and determining customer problems and potential ways to solve them.
∎ Improve existing product’s marketing campaigns or developing new products fit for the company.
∎ Monitor all relevant tasks involved in marketing, sales and production.
∎ Conduct competitor and industry analysis for identifying and proposing product improvement initiatives.
∎ Evaluate monthly budget plan and recommend cost-reduction initiatives.
∎ Address product related inquiries and questions from customers in accurate and timely manner.
∎ Perform measuring, analyzing and positioning of the product line.
∎ Assist in organizing product advertising, promotion and media activities. Conduct marketing campaigns and tradeshows for product promotions.
∎ Prepare product marketing presentations and publications.
∎ Maintain accurate documentation of business processes, policies and priorities.
∎ Develop product management plan to achieve financial and operating targets.
∎ Support in developing product pricing and marketing strategies to achieve sales objectives.
∎ Identify new marketing opportunities to maximize revenue.
∎ Develop and implement different strategies to ensure the stabilization of the product
∎ Ensure a place for the new and old products of the company by identifying the new potential areas
∎ Identify the potential customers and vendors and try to build long term relationships with them
∎ Design and plan different promotional material and campaigns and be actively involved in the same
Additional Requirements:
∎ 04- 06 years related experience
∎ Good pharmaceutical knowledge in business, marketing and sales.
∎ Must be goal oriented.
∎ Must have excellent analytical, logical and mathematical skills.
∎ Visit at different parts of Bangladesh.
∎ Excellent presentation skill.
