Job Context:
∎ We are looking for Assistant Coordinator for the school of Public Health & Life Sciences at University of South Asia. The school of Public Health and Life Science of University of South Asia is a leading institute catering future leaders in national and international public health by capacitating young professionals with quality education, updated information, capacity development and translational research since 2003.
∎ Job Location: Banani and permanent campus, Aminbazar, Dhaka.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordination of regular classes
∎ Providing counseling to the students
∎ Provide support to the students in admission and registration process
∎ Take classes if assigned by the department
∎ Organize Seminar, Workshop, and Open day prior initiation of new semester
∎ Assist the Coordinator in all administrative and documentation related work
∎ Assist the coordinator in updating class routine and maintenance of communication and coordination with the faculties.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Has previous experience in organizing event and management of administrative tasks
∎ Efficient in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power point)
∎ Has good command in communicating with the international students in English
∎ At least 06 months experience in course management/coordination is preferred
