∎ Should have sound knowledge of all kinds of hospital equipment.
∎ Should have experience implementing and monitoring maintenance for corporate hospital equipment.
∎ Excellent communication skills with verbal, written & e-mail.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist with the installation, breakdown services, planned preventive maintenance, re-installation, and disposal of hospital biomedical equipment.
∎ Provide technical support to all hospital staff for the operation, user maintenance of biomedical equipment.
∎ Install, adjust, maintain, repair, and provide technical support for biomedical equipment.
∎ Supervise vendors in biomedical equipment maintenance to ensure quality work and compliance with standards.
∎ Assist with the application of equipment in clinical and room environments.
∎ Regularly update and collect feedback from users regarding the maintenance, performance, reliability, and quality of medical equipment.
∎ Communicate and provide information to other departments on the functionality of biomedical equipment.
∎ Maintain records of daily service reports, service logs, preventive maintenance reports and the breakdown register.
∎ Follow up on parts requirements for biomedical equipment and preventive maintenance.
∎ Manage stock and spare parts for front-line technical support.
∎ Perform any other duties as required.
