Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree in business, finance or related field
∎ MBA preferred
∎ English medium background will get preference

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create, organize, and maintain client portfolios
∎ Being up-to-date with latest requirement of furnishings and appliances for home-décor/ office space in the market
∎ Effectively provide furnishings and services according to their preferences
∎ Work collaboratively with and report to asset management team and senior executives
∎ Vetting of Furniture and furnishings vendors
∎ Foster and maintain positive client relationships
∎ Monitor and manage assets from acquisition to disposition
∎ Work collaboratively with sales team and report to specified departments
∎ Used to working under high pressure.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ 3+ years successful asset management experience
∎ Strong knowledge of real estate
∎ Highly computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Suite
∎ Excellent project management skills
∎ Analytically and strategically minded
∎ Skilled negotiator
∎ Extremely organized and detail-oriented
∎ Adept communicator both orally and written
∎ Hard worker and willing to work longer hours
∎ Should have experience and knowledge in conducting report-writing
∎ Candidate should be proficient in using Microsoft Office
∎ Should have good command in English & Bangla with good speaking and writing skills
∎ Should be enthusiastic, pro-active, dedicated, punctual and hard-working
∎ Should have good interpersonal & presentation skills
