∎ Masters/ Bachelor degree in any discipline preferably science background

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To execute and implement marketing strategy to meet the prescription and sales objective of the assigned area
∎ To supervise the activities of sales team to ensure daily activities as per company policy and guidelines
∎ To motivate and support the team member to achieve sales target and improve the productivity
∎ To provide the guidelines to Field Forces to achieve the sales and prescription target of the assigned Area
∎ To analyze the performance of Field Forces on regular basis and take necessary corrective measures to ensure achievement and compliance
∎ To maintain personal relationship with Doctors, Chemists and Doctor-cum-chemists in the assigned Area
∎ To analyze the market scenario with special emphasis to competitors' activities and propose effective strategy to gain market share

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ At least 2 years of experience as First-line Manager in any reputed pharmaceutical company
∎ Self-motivated and ability to work under pressure
