∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Animal Health sector, Sales & Marketing (Pharmaceutical Products)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Leading a team of 5 to 6 field forces.
∎ Planning, implementing & monitoring the activities of team member.
∎ Regularly doctors visit with team members, generating prescription, creating market demand of company's' product.
∎ Achieve assigned monthly & yearly target.
∎ Create knowledge of products, conduct training and seminars for clients and sales team.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 7-9 years' service experience in animal health care company out of which at least 2-3 years as Area Manager/ Field Manager
∎ Being familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures
∎ Capable of relying on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
