Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's/ Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve the monthly, quarterly and yearly team sales target .
∎ Supervise field forces by strong monitoring area to implement the policies set by the company to achieve the ultimate sales objectives.
∎ Organize scientific c seminar & conduct RMP/PC meeting.
∎ Monitor customer coverage of concern personnel through field visit.
∎ Analyze the performance on a regular basis, take corrective actions and submit report to RSM.
∎ Conduct regular market visit to check coverage, competitor activity and search for new opportunities.
∎ Maintain professional relationship with the Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) of the assigned area.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Having 2-3 years experience as Area Manager/ Field Manager at any reputed Pharmaceuticals Company.
∎ Capable to lead a team of the company and ready to work anywhere in Bangladesh.
