∎ The candidate must be a Graduate. (Preference will be given to science background up to HSC)·
∎ The candidate should have 3-5 years as an Area Field Manager of running Experience in Similar posts in any reputed pharmaceuticals company·
∎ The candidate who has been working for more than 5 years as Sr. MPO in a reputable pharmaceuticals company is encouraged to apply.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): pharmaceuticals Company
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervise and lead the team members in the assigned area.
∎ Provide guidance, support, and direction to ensure team members achieve the assigned target.
∎ Ensure efficient and effective day-to-day operations within the assigned area·
∎ Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve the assigned sales targets.
∎ Analyze market trends and competition to identify growth opportunities.
∎ Report on the area's performance and challenges regularly.
∎ Address and resolve issues and challenges that arise within the area.
∎ To visit KOL in the assigned territory with the team members to generate prescriptions build relationships and establish our brand.
∎ Willingness to work anywhere in Bangladesh.
∎ Proficiency in written and spoken English.
