∎ Proven experience as an Architectural 3D Visualizer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing high-quality 3D renderings and visualizations.
∎ Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar tools.
∎ Solid understanding of rendering engines such as V-Ray ( Must), Corona Renderer, or Lumion.
∎ Excellent artistic and design skills, with a keen eye for detail and composition.
∎ Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
∎ Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
∎ Experience in architectural drafting, Real Engine, CAD software, and knowledge of building construction techniques is a plus.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Collaborate with architects and designers to understand project requirements and objectives.
∎ Create photorealistic 3D visualizations and renderings of architectural designs, interior spaces, and exteriors using 3D modeling software such as Autodesk Revit, SketchUp, or 3ds Max.
∎ Develop conceptual and detailed 3D models, textures, lighting, and materials to accurately represent design concepts.
∎ Incorporate feedback from clients, architects, and stakeholders to refine and enhance visualizations throughout the design process.
∎ Produce high-quality animations, walkthroughs, and virtual tours to showcase design concepts and features.
∎ Maintain a library of materials, textures, and assets for use in 3D visualizations and renderings.
∎ Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and techniques for architectural visualization, and share knowledge with the team.
∎ Participate in project meetings, presentations, and reviews to communicate design ideas effectively.
∎ We are seeking a talented and creative Architectural 3D Visualizer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for architectural design and visualization, with a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of 3D modeling software and rendering techniques. The Architectural 3D Visualizer will work closely with our Interior design team to produce high-quality 3D visualizations and renderings for various architectural projects.
