∎ Age 22 to 35 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare Architectural 2D and 3D drawings of Architectural and Interior Design.
∎ Concept, Plan, Elevation and Section, with detailed working drawing.
∎ Realistic 3D interior Modeling and rendering skill.
∎ Weekly site visit of ongoing work.
∎ Preparing the preliminary layout plan or proposal with concept, presentation and working drawings.
∎ Demonstrate & present both design & graphical.
∎ Coordinate other related drawings for structural, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, and landscaping design.
∎ Submit different departmental drawings for plan approval.
∎ Preparing detailed measurements, working drawings, interior designing and detailing layout plans, sections, elevations, and project plans.
∎ Preparing Auto CAD presentation, Sketch-Up, 3D Studio Max, 3D Visualization and Illustrations.
∎ Project costing, material costing, feasibility testing, and effective project planning for timely completion.
∎ Prepare Exterior & Interior/ Architectural design concepts, plan, elevation, detail working drawing, 3D Visualization and cost estimation.
∎ Designing residential & commercial spaces, retail and office spaces, furniture and interior productsStrategic thinking to achieve the aims of the project - safety/cost/time/quality/sustainability
