Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Architecture, Diploma in Architecture
∎ Skills Required: 3D Max, 3DS MAX, 3dStudioMax, Architectural Drafting, Auto Cad 2D, Auto CAD 2D 3D, MS Office, MS Word, Photoshop
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Architecture
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop concept and detailed design & drawing for both Interior and Exterior work using Auto CAD.
∎ Making 3D models using sketchup or max
∎ 3D Rendering & animation knowledge of 3DsMax, SketchUp, lumion.
∎ To check Detailed & Working drawings and specifications of projects and make any necessary corrections.
∎ Team work with Architect/ Civil Engineer and other co-workers.
∎ Conducting feasibility studies of the project & Prepare BOQ
∎ Coordinate with other departments like Project Operation as required to complete the work at the site as per schedule
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
Salary: Tk. 15000 (Monthly)
