∎ Familiarity with BOQ, schedule preparation, and vendor coordination is a plus.Soft Skills:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist in the design and development of architectural and interior projects from concept to execution.
∎ Prepare accurate presentation drawings, 3D models, and detailed construction documents.
∎ Collaborate with senior architects, engineers, and consultants to ensure design integrity and compliance.
∎ Conduct site visits to monitor progress and coordinate with contractors and vendors.
∎ Participate in client meetings and design reviews.
∎ Research materials, products, and design trends for ongoing and upcoming projects.
∎ Ensure adherence to local building codes and regulations.
∎ We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Junior Architect with minimum 2 years of professional experience in architectural and interior projects. The candidate must hold a B.Arch degree from an IAB-accredited university and demonstrate strong skills in design development, working drawings, and coordination with project teams.
∎ Assist in the design and development of architectural and interior projects from concept to execution.
