Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor or Master's Degree in Architecture with good academic records from reputed universities.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Additional Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 years' experience in reputed consultancy firms or renowned real estate company. Fresh graduates with special interests and expertise in 3D visualization are also encouraged to apply.
∎ Strong design portfolio demonstrating knowledge of architectural visualization, graphic presentation, layout and composition.
∎ Expertise in 3D modeling, texturing, lighting and animation and proficient in creating artistic architectural renderings with photoreal scenes and landscapes.
∎ Skilled in CAD, SketchUp, 3DS Max, Photoshop and high-end 3D rendering and animation software like V-Ray, Maxwell, Maya, Lumion or Rhino.
∎ Brief Portfolio of Works with images and links (for animation) of completed projects must accompany the application.
