Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Architecture
∎ Public Or Reputed Private University (Public University is preferable)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Architectural planning & Preparing preliminary architectural drawing.
∎ Calculation of FAR, MGC, Seatback.
∎ Preparing sheet for RAJUK / Other Authorities.
∎ Clear concept on Interior & Exterior drawing & design;
∎ Capability of modern and contemporary world interior & exterior architectural trend.
∎ Membership of respected professional institute.
∎ Delivering drawings as per work schedule
∎ Meeting with client and site supervision.

Additional Requirements:
∎ The Candidate must have minimum 03 years of Job Experience from Architectural Background
∎ Should be smart, proactive & dedicated.

Salary: Negotiable
