∎ The Candidate must have a minimum (03 to 05) years of Job Experience in execution of commercial/ industrial large scale interior projects
∎ The Candidate should have the willingness to work in any location within the Country
∎ Should be smart, proactive & dedicated to completing the tasks in time

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Project (activity and resource) planning.
∎ Project estimating and budget developing.
∎ Prepare Materials Schedule and submit requisition for ongoing projects accordingly
∎ Supervising multiple projects at the same time.
∎ Prepare Resource Histogram and Maintaining time framework properly.
∎ Organizing and accelerating a project team.
∎ Quality controlling & monitoring the project progress.
∎ Consulting/Communicating & other professionals (when required)
∎ Ensuring client/customer satisfaction.
∎ Analyzing and managing project risk.
∎ Maintaining daily reports and necessary documents
∎ Using registrar book for PCOs & Contractor.
∎ Carrying out assignments given by the management/Department Head.
∎ Coordinating and communicating directly with Clients, Architects/Head of PCO’s, Contractors and Manufacturers if required.
∎ Negotiating with contractors and other professionals.
∎ Continuing quantity survey & contractor bill checking (in necessary).
∎ Value Engineering, Minimizing wastages of materials in the project sites.
∎ Using measurement book for Weekly work progress & Maintaining Office file properly to record weekly activities
