Educational Requirements:
∎ BSc in Engineering /B.Arch /Construction management/ Diploma with high level experience.
∎ Public/Reputed private university in Bangladesh.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare Materials requisition for ongoing projects accordingly.
∎ Quality controlling & monitoring the project progress.
∎ Supervising multiple projects at the same time (If required).
∎ Consulting/Communicating & other professionals (when required).
∎ Ensuring client/customer satisfaction.
∎ Maintaining daily reports and necessary documents.
∎ Maintaining registrar book for worker & Contractor.
∎ Carrying out assignments given by the management/Department Head.
∎ Coordinating and communicating directly with Clients, Architects/Head of PCO's, Contractors (if required).
∎ Preparing and Checking of Labor & Contractor's Bill.
∎ Minimizing wastages of materials in the project sites.
∎ Using measurement book for Weekly work progress & Maintaining Office file properly to record weekly activities.
∎ Supervising of all Structural and Interior Works.
∎ Any other task assigned by authority related to the Job Designation.

Additional Requirements:
∎ The Candidate must have a minimum (3 to 5) years of Job Experience in execution of commercial/ industrial large scale interior projects.
∎ The Candidate should have the willingness to work in any location within the Country.
∎ Should be smart, proactive & dedicated to completing the tasks in time.
