Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: RAJUK Enlisted Architect
∎ Skills Required: 3D Design, Adobe Photoshop, AUTO CAD, Auto CAD 2D 3D, MS Office

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design and/or review architectural or engineering plans, specifications and contract documents to ensure compliance with government codes, laws & regulations.
∎ Provides technical expertise in development or review of policies and procedures in relation to architectural town planning, structures and systems and construction safety codes.
∎ Extensive knowledge in using of Auto-CAD, sketch up and 3D Max software.
∎ Experience in designing of township projects and also knowledge of Architectural Code of Practices, Bangladesh National Building Code (BNBC), RAJUK building standards and USGBC LEEDS standards.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
∎ Excellent presentation skills.
∎ Professional approach to time, costs, and deadlines.
