∎ Role Overview: As an Architect, you will play a key role in designing and planning resort/hotel/real estate developments, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of projects. Your expertise in architectural design, knowledge of building codes and regulations, and ability to create innovative solutions will contribute to the success of our ventures.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collaborate with the project team, including developers, designers, engineers, and contractors, to develop architectural concepts that align with the project goals and objectives.
∎ Create detailed architectural designs, including plans, elevations, sections, and 3D models, using CAD software or other design tools.
∎ Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and zoning requirements in the design process.
∎ Conduct site visits and assessments to gather information and evaluate project feasibility.
∎ Participate in meetings with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies to present and discuss design proposals.
∎ Coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient project delivery.
∎ Oversee and review the work of junior architects and designers, providing guidance and mentoring as needed.
∎ Conduct research on industry trends, emerging technologies, and sustainable design practices to incorporate into projects.
∎ Ensure design integrity and quality throughout all project phases, including construction and final inspections.
∎ Collaborate with contractors and construction teams during the construction phase to ensure adherence to design specifications.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Professional licensure as an Architect is required.
∎ 5-10 years of proven experience as an Architect, preferably with a focus on resort, hotel, or real estate projects.
∎ Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools.
∎ Solid understanding of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
∎ Strong design and conceptualization skills, with a keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
∎ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet project deadlines.
∎ Knowledge of sustainable design practices and principles.
∎ Experience in construction coordination and site supervision is an asset.
