Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: IAB Enrollment

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Urban Designer

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare Architectural design and Interior Design Concept, Plan, Elevation, and Section, with Detail Working drawing 3D Visualization and presentation, Site Monitor & Supervise.
∎ Controlling projects from start to finish to ensure high quality, innovative and functional design.
∎ To perform in any stage of Architectural work including design development and working drawings using Auto CAD.
∎ Making 3D models using sketchup or max
∎ 3D Rendering & animation knowledge of 3DsMax, SketchUp, lumion.
∎ To check Detailed & Working drawings and specifications of projects and make any necessary corrections.
∎ Team work with Architect/ Civil Engineer and other co-workers.
∎ Conducting feasibility studies of the project & Prepare BOQ
∎ Should have experience in Auto CAD 2D, 3D Max, Photoshop, MS word,ms excel.
∎ Develop and provide comprehensive design service for new project as well as renovation & modification of existing building/s
∎ Knowledge in application of suitable materials for a suitable project
∎ Develop conceptual design with specifications & requirements of High management.
∎ In order to effectively design lighting systems for a given site, Architect must travel to the site to assess and analyze it. They also communicate extensively with the customer while there to identify their desires and needs.
∎ After adequately assessing a project site, Architect designs a lighting plan for the site according to customer specifications, the assessment of the site itself and safety concerns including state and local energy and building codes. During the design process, they act as a liaison between the client and engineering departments, balancing client desires and aesthetics with practical concerns.
∎ Develop concept and detailed design & drawing for both Interior and Exterior work;
∎ Understand the current planning rules with RAJUK and be aware of the relating to the different areas;
∎ Supervise assigned projects end to end, to ensure high quality, innovative and functional design;
∎ When required Make on site visits to check on project status and report on project to management;
∎ Develop ideas keeping in mind organizational/client's needs, building's usage and environmental impact;
∎ Able to meet deadline and budget,
∎ Cooperate and liaise with construction professionals as and when required;
∎ Ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, Bangladesh building codes, guidelines and regulations from;
∎ Perform any other related tasks assigned by the management;
