Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in Architecture from any reputed Defense/Public University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Working with clients to determine requirements for building projects
∎ Developing initial estimates on structure costs, building time and special requirements
∎ Preparing detailed drawings showing both the appearance and interior structure of a building project
∎ Directing staff in the development of project drawings, studies and budgets
∎ Preparing work contracts for building subcontractors
∎ Ensures that projects are carried out according to safety standards and regulations
∎ Visiting building worksites to ensure work is being done according to architectural plans
∎ Coordinates with construction professionals and project teams
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ The applicant should have minimum 7 years' experience in relevant field. Professionals from Defense background are highly encouraged.
∎ Ready to work under stress & pressure.
∎ Must be proactive and self-motivated.
∎ Excellent knowledge of design and visualizations software such as AutoCAD, Revit or similar.
∎ Advanced knowledge of building codes and regulations
∎ Excellent creative and visualization skill.
∎ Project management and supervision skills
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Excellent interpersonal skill and good command over written & spoken English.
