Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum B.Sc (Honor’s) in Architect from any reputed University.
∎ 10-15 years working experience
∎ Organized, detail oriented, deadline driven, fast paced team player.
∎ Strong technical and practical CAD skills with an understanding of architectural conventions including floor plans, elevations, sections, RCP, electrical and millwork.
∎ Experience and interest in traditional and modern detailing.
∎ Strong understanding of and proficiency in producing all schedules.
∎ Job site experience including working with architects, builders and landscape architects, measuring and producing as-built documents.
∎ 3D CAD and strong presentation graphics, both handwriting and computer as well as Photoshop presentations.

∎ 10 to 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Able to create building designs and highly detailed drawings both by hand and by using specialist computer-aided design (CAD) applications
∎ Working closely with a team of other professionals such as structural engineers, site engineers, project managers, quantity surveyors and architectural technologists
∎ Adapting plans according to circumstances and resolving any problems that may arise during construction
∎ Visit regularly to building sites and organize frequent meetings with other professionals at site.
∎ Gather necessary information to perform dimensional and routine calculations for drawings and design layouts.
∎ Ensure that all layouts and blueprints meet the required codes and legal standards.
∎ Must be creative and able to forge unique concepts
∎ Should have good interpersonal skills towork closely with clients as well as other members of the architectural team.
∎ Strong math skills to work out dimensions, costs, angles, and weights.
∎ Responsible for producing Architectural Working Drawings including all details for Architectural interior projects. This includes millworks, tiles, elevations, plans, sections and RCPs
∎ Maintain/organize project files, schedules and specifications.
∎ Site visits and assisting in construction supervision.
∎ Site survey/measures of existing conditions and producing drawings of same.
∎ Work with the entire team in office and with outside consultants.
∎ Proficient time management to facilitate working on multiple projects simultaneously

∎ Must work well in team oriented, fast-paced environment.
∎ Must be independently motivated and schedule-driven with a proven history of successful coordination and meeting deadlines and have a flexible schedule.
