Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Architecture
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Creating building designs and highly detailed drawings both by hand and by using specialist
∎ Computer-aided design (CAD) applications
∎ Project brief development:
∎ Prepare project concept and briefing for the consultant architectural firm.
∎ Assist Business Development in procuring projects with necessary development/growth control
∎ Knowledge and experience i.e. FAR, Program etc.
∎ Prepare project briefing for sales with necessary architectural insight.
∎ Design, development and modification:
∎ Pursue and collect Architectural conceptual design from the consultants and provide innovative
∎ Feedback for necessary modification on the conceptual design and internal layout.
∎ Check and finalize authority drawings and submit for necessary approval.
∎ Review working drawing for error free construction work.
∎ Playing a part in project and team management traveling regularly to building sites, proposed
∎ locations and client meetings
∎ Adapting plans according to circumstances and resolving any problems that may arise during Construction
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum B.Sc (Honor's) in Architect from any reputed University.
∎ Organized, detail oriented, deadline driven, fast paced team player.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
