Experience Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Monitoring in Design approval stage.
∎ • RAJUK, CDA, LUC, NOC, DCC drawing checking and co ordination
∎ • Working drawing) checking and co ordination
∎ • Scheduled site visit
∎ • Site visit in the start of a new project
∎ • Schematic drawing of new lands.
∎ • Report in scheduled time.
∎ • Prepare presentation .
∎ • Management’s feedback input and decision giving in design.
∎ • Authority office visit if required
∎ • Site feedback and decision making
∎ • Material selection and checking quality on site
∎ • Ensure quality works
∎ • Replay all important mails from honorable clients.
∎ • Collecting sales observation on upcoming project
∎ • Meeting with high officials
∎ • Official meeting at selected site.
∎ • Team coordination meeting.
∎ • On site construction works coordination and guiding
∎ • Meeting with honorable clients
∎ • Making schematic drawing for the all matured cases of land.
∎ • Participate in the site visit with marketing team members to understand the needs / views of the owners, cases prior to making the deal.

Salary: Negotiable
