Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)

Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Architectural planning of Residential & Commercial Buildings.
∎ Calculation of FAR, MGC, Seatback.
∎ Preparing sheet for RAJUK / Other Authorities.
∎ Clear concept on Interior & Exterior drawing & design;
∎ Capability of modern and contemporary present world interior & exterior architectural trend.
∎ 3D visualization of Residential & Commercial Building.
∎ Must have the software knowledge of Auto Cad, 3D Max, V-ray, and Photoshop.
∎ Capability of working individually.
∎ Full Membership of respected professional institute.
∎ Making report.
∎ Meeting with client and site visit.
∎ Must follow the instruction of Management.
∎ Understanding client's needs and develop design concept according to that.
∎ Conducting feasibility studies of the project & Prepare BOQ.
∎ Coordinate with site engineer and follow-up the project.
∎ Must have ability to provide solution within the constraints of space & budget
∎ Should have strong written, oral and visual communication skills.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 5+ years, minimum 3 years in leadership position
∎ Skilled in AutoCAD, Corel Draw, Photoshop, Illustrator, 3D Studio Max, Google Sketchup, Rhino, Workflow Management App and ERP Software.
∎ Member of Institute of Architects Bangladesh (IAB)
∎ Good communication skills
∎ Good leadership skills
∎ Excellent managerial capacity
∎ Excellent analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills
∎ Should be well-groomed, smart and energetic
Salary: Negotiable
