∎ Skills Required: AutoCAD, Computer skill

∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Control project from start to finish and ensure functional design
∎ Communicate with consults regarding design issues
∎ Arrange meeting with consultants regarding design issues
∎ Check and ensure whether the final outline is implemented as per construction drawings for all the MREL projects
∎ Check brick layout as per architectural drawings provided by consultant for all the MREL projects
∎ Assist in providing guidance and monitor the appointed architect as client need
∎ Assist in providing drawings and other related information for submitting RAJUK approval drawings
∎ Plan and conduct monitor modifications as advised by MREL Management to complete working design sets to consultants
∎ Assist in design process from conception to construction administration to ensure consistency
∎ Review accuracy of calculations, plans and completed reports
∎ Perform project research and support manager to compile project specifications
∎ Arrange meetings at office or site with Head of MREL Department and contractors regarding design matters
∎ Develop ideas regarding client's specification, builder's usage and environmental impact
∎ Ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards of landowner agreements, building codes, guidelines and regulations
∎ Make on site visits to check on project status
∎ Communicate with landowners or clients for matters related to specific design components of the plan
∎ Visit RAJUK office for design related issues if needed
∎ Carry out any other ask assigned by Management
∎ Assist in providing drawings and other related information for submitting occupancy approval purposes
∎ Prepare draft conceptual plans for clients for the purpose forming an initial idea and further adjusting and consolidating plan
∎ Visit local markets for material survey/ selection
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
Salary: Negotiable
