∎ Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)
∎ Skills Required: 3DMax, Adobe Photoshop, Autocad 2D 3D, Corel draw, dialax, illastrator, SketchUp

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Brainstorming for ideas and expressing through concept sketches. Making design decisions. Complying with the standards. Expanding details and refining the designs.
∎ Assisting the senior lighting designer according to the requirement.
∎ Preparing BOQ and offers.
∎ Preparing comprehensive documentation from concept to photographs. Preparing project presentations.
∎ Meeting with the project architects to relate to the design themes for providing support to the sales team.
∎ Attending site visits regularly to ensure proper design execution and after-sales when needed.
∎ Attending meetings, understanding client's needs, and revising the design accordingly.
∎ Review & contribute to research and development efforts. Perform additional job duties as required.
∎ Explaining the need and advantages of lighting design for buildings to the clients.
∎ Oral and written communication skills. Presentation skills. Can present and explain technical information to diverse audiences.
∎ Consulting skills. Negotiation skills. Can understand and express complex topics.
∎ Work well under pressure. Planning skills. Time management skills. Priority assessment. Result-oriented.
∎ Estimates well. Can support a wide range of issues. Can work on multiple complex projects concurrently.
∎ Effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment. Can work on multiple complex systems concurrently.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 31 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Lighting, Designing, and Planning.
∎ Knowledge and Experience in working with Architectural and outdoor lighting will get priority.
∎ Knowledge of the following technologies: Dialux, Auto CAD 2D, 3D Drawings, Photoshop, Corel Draw, Illustrator, 3ds Max, Sketch-up with V-ray rendering, and MS Office.
∎ Skill in drafting architectural plans and Strong attention to detail.
∎ Ability to provide solutions within the constraints of space & budget.
∎ The candidate should have proper knowledge of modern Interior Decoration and Materials as well as Estimation. Should have a special interest in building lighting design & documentation.

Salary: Negotiable
