Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)
∎ Bachelor Degree in Architecture with good academic records from any public or private university
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Brainstorming for ideas and express through concept sketches. Making design decisions. Complying with the standards. Expanding details and refining the designs.
∎ Swot analysis. Participating in design reviews. Check requirements and constraints to refine the design accordingly.
∎ Preparing BOQ and offers
∎ Preparing comprehensive documentation from concept to photographs. Preparing project presentations.
∎ Meeting with the project architects to relate to the design themes for providing support to the sales team.
∎ Attending site visits regularly to ensure proper design execution and after-sales when needed.
∎ Attending meetings, understanding clients' needs, and revising the design accordingly
∎ Budgeting, planning, sizing, estimation, project planning, mapping, managing risks scheduling work and time, etc. Addressing issues at the site and liaising with all the parties involved.
∎ Review & contribute to research and development efforts. Perform additional job duties as required.
∎ Explaining the need and advantages of lighting design for buildings to the clients.
∎ Oral and written communication skills. Presentation skills. Can present and explain technical information to diverse audiences.
∎ Communication skills. See from and sell to multiple viewpoints. Consulting skills. Negotiation skills. Can understand and express complex topics.
∎ Team player. Work effectively with superiors, colleagues, and customers.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Designing, Planning
∎ Innovative design sense, aesthetic, creative, team-spirited, hardworking, disciplined, and target-oriented.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills, having new ideas, creative minded, enthusiasm & committed, also energetic with a view to open new ideas.
∎ The capacity of handling clients independently will be considered as an added advantage.
∎ Knowledge and Experience in working with Architectural and outdoor lightings will get priority.
∎ Knowledge of the following technologies: Dialux, Auto CAD 2D, 3D Drawings, Photoshop, Corel Draw, Illustrator, 3ds Max, Sketch-up with V-ray rendering, and MS office.
∎ Skill in drafting architectural plans and Strong attention to detail.
∎ Ability to provide solutions within the constraints of space & budget.
∎ Should have strong written, oral, and visual communication skills and leadership quality
∎ The candidate should have proper knowledge of modern Interior Decoration and Materials as well as Estimation. Should have a special interest in building lighting design & documentation.
∎ Detail-oriented while maintaining overall vision and focus. See a large picture.
