∎ Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Business Development

Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Designing, analyzing, and altering plans, prototypes or structures.
∎ • Capable of preparing Details Measurement, Working Drawing, Interior Designing & Detailing of Layout plans, Sketch Up, Sections, Elevations, AutoCAD presentation (Drafting), 2D preparation, 3D visualization as per requirements of the Project.
∎ • Will co-ordinate in creation of functional, safe, and aesthetically pleasing spaces by assessing space requirements, determining optimal furniture placement, and selecting decorative items, all while adhering to relevant blueprint, building code, and inspection requirements.
∎ • Ensuring building plans, prototypes, and structures are operating safely, efficiently, and reliably.
∎ • Assisting team members with project objectives, budgets, and timelines.
∎ • Establishing project goals.
∎ • Keeping a record of Project properly.
∎ • Identifying and solving problems in building plans, prototypes, and structures.
∎ • Ensuring building systems are functional, reliable, and safe.
∎ • Testing and evaluating building systems to find problems and improvements.
∎ • Reading, interpreting, and explaining complex technical documents.
∎ • Site monitoring & supervision of architectural works as per design
∎ • Other responsibilities to be assigned by the management from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ • Minimum 2 Years of Interior work experience are preferable
∎ • Highly organized with an ability to manage resources, budgets, and onsite personnels
∎ • Strong communication skills - written and oral
∎ • Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously
∎ • Excellent presentation skills
∎ • Interpersonal skills (Team work, supportive attitude, eager to learn, proactivity and creativity)
∎ • Professional approach to time, costs, and deadlines.
∎ • In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current issues
∎ • Candidates with previous experience in medical diagnostic center designing will be given preference
∎ • The Candidate must have minimum 2years or above of Job Experience from Architectural Background
∎ • Should be smart, proactive & dedicated.
