Architecture Firm, Interior Design, Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare Architectural Design and Interior Design Concept, Plan, Elevation, and Section, with Detail Working drawing 3D Visualization and Presentation, Site Monitor & Supervise.
∎ Controlling projects from start to finish to ensure high quality, innovative and functional design.
∎ Creating designs and working drawing by computer-aided design (Auto CAD, Sketch-up with Lumion / 3D Studio MAX with V-Ray Render and Photoshop )
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 40 years
∎ Degree in architecture from any IAB accredited university
∎ Sound knowledge in modern Architecture and Interior Design, drawing, and must have interior related materials idea
∎ Organizational, project management, and planning skills.
∎ Teamwork with Architect, designer, Engineer, and project-related team.
∎ Good communication skill
∎ Excellent interpersonal skill
∎ Self-motivated & self-driven
∎ Result-oriented approach
∎ Well organized & disciplined
Salary: Negotiable
