Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Hossain House Design is expanding its creative team. We are looking for a passionate and experienced Architect who is skilled in modern residential design with a focus on aesthetics, functionality, and client satisfaction. The candidate must be capable of transforming client requirements into practical and innovative architectural designs that reflect the company’s values.
∎ Develop architectural concepts and design for 1 to 5-storey residential and commercial buildings.
∎ Prepare architectural layouts, plans, elevations, sections, and working drawings.
∎ Ensure designs incorporate functionality, family privacy, environmental sustainability, and aesthetic appeal.
∎ Collaborate closely with structural engineers, draftsmen, and 3D visualizers.
∎ Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and client specifications.
∎ Visit project sites when required to ensure design implementation.
∎ Create presentation boards and client-ready visual materials when needed.
∎ Maintain proper documentation and version control of all design works.
