∎ Age 26 to 45 years
∎ Expertise in exterior and interior architectural design.
∎ Proficiency in 3D visualization tools such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar software.
∎ Render With V-ray, Lumion, and other Rendering software.
∎ Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, SkatchUp, Revit, and other architectural design software.
∎ Excellent drafting, conceptualization, and presentation skills.
∎ Ability to handle multiple aspects of design projects and collaborate with a team.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Design Development: Create innovative and functional exterior and interior designs for residential and commercial buildings.
∎ 3D Visualization: Develop detailed 3D visualizations of your designs using SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar software.
∎ Drafting & Planning: Prepare architectural layouts, plans, elevations, sections, and working drawings.
∎ Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver designs that exceed expectations.
∎ Compliance & Standards: Ensure designs meet local building codes, regulations, and client specifications.
∎ Team Collaboration: Collaborate with structural engineers, draftsmen, and 3D visualizers to refine designs and ensure quality implementation.
∎ Site Visits: Occasionally visit project sites to ensure designs are being implemented accurately.
∎ Presentation & Documentation: Create client-ready presentation boards and maintain proper documentation of all design works.
