Job Responsibilities:
∎ The successful candidate will be responsible for interior designing of common spaces of new buildings by contributing creative design ideas, mainly in residential and commercial arena
∎ Prepare Architectural design of Interior Space with concept, presentation and working drawings.
∎ Must able to read, understand and coordinate other related drawings like Architectural, Structural, Electrical and Plumbing of the building.
∎ Knowledge about the detail drawing.
∎ Able to work independently with little or no supervision.
∎ Meet with clients, site engineers and visit the site also.
∎ Select materials based on client’s desire.
∎ Research and analyses to introduce new design trend in bti.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Auto Cad, 3D Modeling Software, M.S Office, Coral Drawing and Photoshop.
∎ Should be hardworking with excellent managing capability.
∎ Execution of residential and commercial interior projects.
∎ Must be a team player.
Salary: Negotiable
