∎ Diploma degree in architecture from any reputed institute.
∎ Experience in residential, commercial, and industrial design.
∎ Proficiency in RAJUK sheet-making and submission processes.
∎ Strong knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
∎ Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D Max, SketchUp, and other architectural software.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong project management and organizational skills.
∎ Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities & Context:

∎ Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, and specifications.
∎ Ensure designs comply with RAJUK regulations and guidelines, including sheet making and submission.
∎ Strong knowledge of BNBC regarding factory design.
∎ Coordinate with structural, mechanical, and electrical engineers to integrate all design aspects.
∎ Conduct site visits to ensure adherence to design specifications and standards.
∎ Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
∎ Design and development of residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
