Educational Requirements:
∎ B-Arch, from reputed university (Preferred university: BUET)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The successful candidate will be responsible for designing new buildings by contributing creative design ideas, mainly in residential and commercial arena
∎ Prepare Architectural design with concept, presentation and working drawings.
∎ Must able to read, understand and coordinate other related drawings like Structural, Electrical and Plumbing
∎ Co-efficient with local rules and regulations like, Rajiuk and CDA. Also experienced to submit different departmental drawings for plan approval.
∎ Able to work independently with little or no supervision.
∎ Must be a team player.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Auto Cad, 3D Modeling Software, M.S Office, Coral Drawing and Photoshop.
∎ Should be hardworking with excellent managing capability.
∎ Execution of residential and commercial interior projects.
Salary: Negotiable
