Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare design guidelines of the projects for consultants
∎ Receive feedback regarding preliminary drawing from the landowners and management and take corrective measures accordingly
∎ Check and circulate drawings for different government agencies i.e. RAJUK, NHA, DTCA, DOE etc.
∎ Coordinate with different stakeholders (Architect, Structural Engineer, Plumbing and Electrical Engineer) for preparation of construction drawing
∎ Check architectural works in respect to agreement, marketing drawing, landowners' approvals, RAJUK drawing, structural drawing, electrical drawing and plumbing
∎ Troubleshoot design implementation problems at construction site
∎ Specify materials and furnishings, such as lighting, furniture, wall finishes, flooring, and plumbing fixtures
∎ Sort the materials as per approved 3D for the projects (common area & outside cladding materials) and present to the management for selection and approval
Additional Requirements:
∎ Excellent communication and persuasion skill
∎ Demonstrated understanding of modern architectural designs
∎ Problem solving skill using innovation and ingenuity
∎ Attention to details
∎ Coordination with stakeholders
∎ Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp, 3d Studio Max
