Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Proficient in Architectural planning.
∎ Calculation of FAR.
∎ Preparing sheet for RAJUK / Other Authorities.
∎ Clear concept on Interior & Exterior drawing & design;
∎ Capability of modern and contemporary present world interior & exterior architectural trend.
∎ 3D visualization.
∎ Capability of managing teamwork.
∎ Meeting with client and site visit.
∎ Must follow the instruction of Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have the software knowledge of Auto Cad, 3D Max, V-ray, Photoshop, Sketchup, Illustrator.
∎ Full Membership of a respected professional institute (IAB).
