∎ Bachelor degree in Architecture/Interior Architecture or Diploma in Architecture/Interior Architecture.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Architect to help us Manage our daily goals.
∎ Job Location : Dhaka ( Rampura , Banasree)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Survey existing sites and draw existing layout,draw detail drawings and working drawings,Electrical & Plumbing Layout as necessary.
∎ Prepare project Expense sheet and mannage purchases.
∎ Must have good skill in Autocad.
∎ Regularly visit construction sites and mannage workers and vendors.
∎ Up to date about interior materials and quality.
∎ Must have operate projects from begining to end.
∎ Attend client meetings and understand client requirements also feedback.
∎ Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance.
∎ Regular follow-up with existing/potential clients.
∎ To collect customer feedback & provide that to the company.
∎ Solve any technical issues at construction site and design.
∎ Daily reports to the superior
∎ Proper documentation and any other duties as assigned by the supereor from time to time.
∎ Must have active and self motivated personalities.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have 3 years experience in architectural project managements.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Interior Firm, Architectural firm, Furniture Business
∎ Fast Learner
∎ Creative person will get extra advantage
∎ Proficiency in Computer softwares
∎ Communication and negotiation skills
∎ Knowledge about 3d and presentations
∎ Time management and planning skills.
