∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Architecture, Diploma in Architecture in Architecture

∎ Age 25 to 32 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Preparing drawing knowledge on Architectural drawing, Structural drawing, Electrical drawing, Mechanical drawing, Plumbing drawing, Fire & Safety drawing & HVAC drawing etc.
∎ Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp – Photorealistic 3D visualization).
∎ Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and construction methods.
∎ Team work with consulting Architect/Engineer and in-house Engineer & maintain the co-ordination between architectural and engineering team.
∎ Capable of preparing detail measurement, working drawing, Interior designing and detailing of layouts plans, sections, elevations and project plans.
∎ Capable of preparing Auto CAD presentation, Sketch-up, 3D visualization and illustrations as per requirements of the project. Design ability on 2D, 3D & 3D Animation for both Civil & Electromechanical.
