∎ Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)

Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): 3D Animation, 3d Design, Architectural Design Pattern, BOQ, Exterior Design, Interior Design, Project Implementation
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture Firm, Interior Design, Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have extraordinary depth of creativity and contemporary design concept.
∎ Responsible for both interior and real estate projects.
∎ Responsible to complete Project work within the schedule as per targets set by the management.
∎ Detail & depth knowledge about "Building Construction Act" of RAJUK
∎ Capable of preparing Detail Measurement, Working Drawing, Interior Designing & Detailing of Layout plans, Sections, Elevations, Auto CAD presentation (Drafting), 2D preparation, Sketch-Up, 3D Studio Max, V-RAY rendering, Maya, 3D visualization and Animation, Lumion, Photoshop, Illustrator as per requirements of the Project.
∎ Monitor & supervise all the architectural design related issues.
∎ Responsible for interior project execution and work as a team leader.
∎ Work closely with Drawing Design, Specification & Estimate (BOQ) & Supply Chain.
∎ Perform any other jobs assigned by the management.
∎ Prepare BOQ & Specification as per design-drawing.
∎ Maintain correspondence with Contractors & Consultant firms.
∎ Excellent knowledge on Interior Materials.
∎ Prepare technical proposal as required.
∎ Visit RAJUK and other concerned offices for design related issues, if needed.
∎ Confirm adherence to construction specifications and safety standards by monitoring project progress; inspecting construction site related with electro-mechanical work.
