∎ 1–3 years of professional experience in architecture or design.
∎ Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, lumion and other relevant design tools.
∎ Strong visualization and technical drawing skills.
∎ Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
∎ Creative mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
∎ Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
∎ Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Design and draft architectural plans for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.
∎ Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and deliver customized design solutions.
∎ Work closely with engineering and construction teams to ensure designs are feasible and practical.
∎ Create detailed technical drawings, 3D models, and visualizations using design software.
∎ Assist in project planning, budgeting, and scheduling.
∎ Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and environmental standards.
∎ Conduct site visits to oversee construction progress and address any design-related issues.
∎ Stay updated with architectural trends, materials, and technologies.

Baten Khan applying the highest standards of excellence in all functional area the company achieve economic scale in all projects. On the basis of this the company has provided apartments more than 3000 families.

Professionals of multi-various sectors like engineers, architects, labors and other technical and non-technical staffs have given adequate labor to materialize these projects. On the basis of the aforesaid services and planning the company has gained much profit, which is the output of the total endeavor of the company.
