Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Architecture, Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain accurate project records.
∎ Develop Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and Specifications based on the design and drawings.
∎ Create Material Quantity (MOQ) according to design and drawings.
∎ Provide assistance and coordinate with the Client, Project Supervisor, Engineer, and relevant stakeholders.
∎ Manage correspondence with vendors.
∎ Possess a broad understanding of Aesthetics and Design principles.
∎ Regularly follow up on project execution.
∎ Perform other responsibilities as assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proficient in preparing Detailed Measurements, Working Drawings, Interior Designs, and Layout plans, Sections, Elevations, along with Detailed Working Drawings as per project requirements.
∎ Skills Required: Auto cad, 3ds Max, sketch up, V-ray, Corona, Photoshop and Illustrator.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): 3D Animation, 3D Design, Architectural Design, AutoCAD, Graphic Designing 3D Visualization.
Salary: Negotiable
