∎ Sound Knowledge in Modern Interior Design(Commercial).

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Project supervision, and detailed design/ drawing capabilities is required, Vast design experience and sufficient knowledge of raw materials.
∎ Give preliminary estimates on cost, overall budget and project delivery time.
∎ To coordinate with the Architect/Engineer for Smooth Execution of the project.
∎ To Preparing Interior BOQ, Work Schedule, Interior materials requisition, materials QC.
∎ Will be responsible for designing and complete project management from start to finish.
∎ Must be proficient in 2D, Auto CAD Drawing, 3D, Sketch Up and/or 3D Studio Max.
